Systems integration that owns the outcome
We help our clients achieve their best: a clear concept, a design that fits, vendors managed, equipment built and proven, deployment done right, and a system that can be monitored and maintained for years.
System design
Concept of operations, requirements and traceability, system and network architecture, interface specifications, enclosure and panel design, power and backhaul, cybersecurity design, bills of materials with alternates.
Prototypes and pilots
Working hardware and software before the big order: bench prototypes, test poles, trailers, pilot sites, monitoring templates on a dev server. Measured results, then a go/no-go recommendation.
Procurement support
Technical specifications, RFP attachments and evaluation criteria, bid evaluation, product approval packages, cybersecurity and compliance attestations, and procurement schedules that match the construction season.
Vendor management
We qualify, select and manage equipment vendors, installation contractors and carriers on the client's behalf, keep a second source for critical parts, and hold everyone to the test plan.
Delivery and deployment
Bench build and burn-in at our Northern Virginia lab, site surveys, work instructions, contractor training, installation oversight, local device assembly tests, site and system acceptance, as-builts and handover.
Operations
Monitoring from day one, O&M documentation, spares strategy, remote remediation, monthly reporting and continuous improvement. We stay accountable after acceptance.

Systems integration FAQ
What does ITS Roads mean by systems integration?
Taking responsibility for an outcome that depends on many parts: requirements, architecture, equipment from several vendors, software, networks, installation contractors, testing and operations. We design the whole, buy or build the parts, make them work together, prove it, and keep it running.
Do you build prototypes?
Yes. Our lab builds working prototypes and pilot units, from a camera on a test pole to a monitoring template on a development server, so clients see and measure the solution before a large procurement.
Can you help us buy, not just design?
Yes. We write technical specifications and RFP attachments, evaluate bids, qualify vendors and manage them through delivery. We are vendor-neutral and we keep a second source for critical parts.
How do you deliver so quickly?
By running the systems engineering V-model with agile sprints inside it. Short cycles, working increments, verification at every step, and the principal engineer on the project from the first meeting to acceptance.
Ready to scope it?
Send us the corridor, the site count and the problem. We will come back with an approach, not a brochure.
